        How this stream selector works

        Most stream quizzes ask you to pick between Science, Commerce and Arts. That is not the choice a Class 10 student actually makes in an admission form. The real choice is a subject combination — PCM or PCB, Commerce with Maths or without it, Humanities with or without an analytical subject — and each of those opens and closes different doors.

        This quiz scores five things separately: your appetite for maths and logic, for technology and the physical sciences, for life sciences and health, for business and money, and for people, words and ideas. Those five scores are blended into seven real subject combinations, and every combination is shown to you with a fit score, so you can see the runner-up as well as the winner.

        Why the quiz asks about your marks

        Your marks never change what you enjoy, so they never change the direction of the result. They change how much of a plan you need to get there. A student who loves PCM and scores 45% in Maths does not need to be told to pick Commerce — they need to be told exactly what to rebuild over the holidays, and by when. That is what the reality-check section on the result page does.

        Is the quiz free?

        Yes — the quiz, the result and the full subject-combination breakdown are free and need no signup. You only share your details if you want a counsellor to go through it with you.

        Is Science really the safest choice?

        It is the most common choice, which is not the same thing. The students who switch streams or struggle in Class 11 are usually the ones who chose to satisfy someone else. If the result surprises you, that is worth a conversation rather than a correction.

        Can the stream be changed later?

        Usually yes, early in Class 11, and the rules differ by board and school. The result page gives you the exact questions to ask your school this week.
