Not sure it’s worth a session? Start here.
Take a free, private self-check first — two minutes, no sign-up, nothing saved. It helps you see what’s going on, and there’s no pressure to book anything.
It’s a reflection tool, not a diagnosis. Your answers never leave your browser.
What ADHD counselling support can help with
A diagnosis is a separate, clinical step — but you don’t need one to get support with how this shows up day to day:
Starting tasks, finishing them, and the gap between what you mean to do and what actually gets done.
Deadlines, planning, losing track of time, and systems that keep sliding no matter how hard you try.
Acting or speaking before you mean to, a mind that won’t sit still, difficulty waiting.
Years of “not living up to potential”, low self-esteem, and feeling like you’re always playing catch-up.
Feelings that hit hard and fast, frustration that spikes, rejection that stings more than it should.
Too many tabs open in your head, then freezing — and the exhaustion of masking it all day.
How it works
A couple of minutes, no sign-up, nothing saved. A low-pressure way to see what’s going on before you decide anything.
Pick a time from the live calendar and get the video-call invite straight away. Video, voice or chat — your choice.
45 minutes with the same counsellor every time. You leave with practical strategies that fit how your mind actually works, not a sales pitch.
Confidential means confidential
Price isn’t what stops most people booking. It’s the worry that someone will find out. So, plainly:
- Nothing goes to your parents, school, college or employer. No report, no summary, not even confirmation that you turned up.
- A first name is enough to book. You don’t owe us your full name, and you don’t have to explain yourself in advance.
- The self-checks store nothing. Your answers sit in your browser and vanish when you close the tab.
- Sessions are online. No waiting room, nobody to bump into.
Who you’ll be talking to
Sachin Bajaj has an M.Sc in Clinical Psychology from Gurugram University and a PGDGC from Jamia Millia Islamia, and has worked with more than 500 students and families across India. You get the same counsellor every session — no app shuffling you between strangers who each need the story from the top.
What this is, and what it isn’t
It’s counselling support, not treatment: confidential conversations about what you’re carrying and what might help. We don’t diagnose conditions and we don’t prescribe medication, and this isn’t an emergency service. If what you describe needs a psychiatrist, your counsellor will tell you so in the first session and help you find one. You won’t be sold a package instead.
What a session costs
₹499 for 45 minutes, and your first one is ₹249 with the code FIRST50. Private counselling in India usually runs ₹1,500 to ₹3,000 a session. You’re not signing up for a course of treatment — you’re booking one conversation, and you can stop after it.

Frequently asked questions
Can you diagnose my ADHD?
No — an ADHD diagnosis is a formal clinical assessment, usually by a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist qualified to do it, and this is non-diagnostic counselling support. What we can do is help you with the day-to-day impact and the emotional side, and, if a formal assessment looks worthwhile, point you toward getting one.
Can counselling help ADHD without medication?
It can help a lot with the practical and emotional side — building systems that actually stick, working with your attention rather than against it, and undoing years of harsh self-judgement. For many people medication (prescribed by a psychiatrist) also helps significantly; the two work well together, and we’ll be honest about when an assessment is worth pursuing.
I was told I’m just lazy or careless. Is that true?
Almost certainly not. The hallmark of ADHD is that effort and outcome don’t match — you can be trying hard and still struggle with things others find easy. A great deal of the work here is separating the condition from the character you were unfairly handed.
Will anyone find out?
No. Nothing is shared with your parents, school, college or employer — no report, no summary, not even confirmation that you attended. A first name is enough to book.
How much does it cost?
A session is ₹499 for 45 minutes, and your first is ₹249 with the code FIRST50. No packages — you book one conversation at a time.
