Not sure it’s worth a session? Start here.

Take a free, private self-check first — two minutes, no sign-up, nothing saved. It helps you see what’s going on, and there’s no pressure to book anything.

It’s a reflection tool, not a diagnosis. Your answers never leave your browser.

If this is an emergency: counselling isn't a crisis service. If you or someone near you is in immediate danger, or having thoughts of self-harm, call Tele-MANAS on 14416 now. It's free, it's 24×7, and it's run by the Government of India. Or go straight to the nearest hospital emergency department. Please don't sit and wait for a session.

What OCD counselling support can help with

You don’t need a formal diagnosis to reach out. These are the forms OCD most often takes when people do:

🧠
Intrusive thoughts

Unwanted, distressing thoughts or images that feel alien and won’t leave — and the shame of having them.

🔁
Compulsions & rituals

Checking, washing, counting, repeating or arranging to make the discomfort go away — relief that never lasts.

🙏
Reassurance-seeking

Asking the same question again and again, hoping to finally feel certain — and feeling worse for it.

🚫
Avoidance

Steering around whatever sets the thoughts off, with life quietly shrinking to stay “safe”.

⏳
Lost time & exhaustion

Hours disappearing into rituals, and the drain of fighting your own mind all day.

🤫
The secrecy

Hiding it because the thoughts feel too strange to say out loud — which only tightens the grip.

How it works

1
Take a free self-check

A couple of minutes, no sign-up, nothing saved. It helps you see what’s going on and whether a session is worth it.

2
Book your slot

Pick a time from the live calendar and get the video-call invite straight away. Video, voice or chat — your choice.

3
Talk it through

45 minutes with the same counsellor every time. You leave with a clearer picture of the cycle and how it’s treated, not a sales pitch.

Confidential means confidential

Price isn’t what stops most people booking. It’s the worry that someone will find out. So, plainly:

Who you’ll be talking to

Sachin Bajaj has an M.Sc in Clinical Psychology from Gurugram University and a PGDGC from Jamia Millia Islamia, and has worked with more than 500 students and families across India. You get the same counsellor every session — no app shuffling you between strangers who each need the story from the top.

What this is, and what it isn’t

It’s counselling support, not treatment: confidential conversations about what you’re carrying and what might help. We don’t diagnose conditions and we don’t prescribe medication, and this isn’t an emergency service. If what you describe needs a psychiatrist, your counsellor will tell you so in the first session and help you find one. You won’t be sold a package instead.

What a session costs

₹499 for 45 minutes, and your first one is ₹249 with the code FIRST50. Private counselling in India usually runs ₹1,500 to ₹3,000 a session. You’re not signing up for a course of treatment — you’re booking one conversation, and you can stop after it.

Book a first session — ₹249

Pick a slot from the live calendar and the video-call invite arrives straight away. Video, voice or chat, whichever suits you.

Frequently asked questions

Can counselling help with OCD?

OCD is highly treatable. The gold-standard treatment is a form of CBT called Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Counselling support can help you understand the cycle, cut back on reassurance-seeking and avoidance, and take the first steps — and for more entrenched OCD, specialist ERP and sometimes medication help. Where that’s the right direction, we’ll say so and point you there.

Do my intrusive thoughts mean something is wrong with me?

No. Intrusive thoughts — even disturbing ones — are extremely common. What marks OCD is the distress they cause and the rituals used to neutralise them, not the thoughts themselves. Having them says nothing about who you are or what you’d ever do.

Is the self-check a diagnosis?

No. It’s a brief reflection tool, not a test for OCD, and your answers aren’t stored. Only a qualified professional can diagnose; if what you describe needs specialist or psychiatric care, your counsellor will tell you and help you find it.

Will anyone find out?

No. Nothing is shared with your parents, school, college or employer — no report, no summary, not even confirmation that you attended. A first name is enough to book.

How much does it cost?

A session is ₹499 for 45 minutes, and your first is ₹249 with the code FIRST50. No packages — you book one conversation at a time.
