Not sure it’s worth a session? Start here.
Take a free, private self-check first — two minutes, no sign-up, nothing saved. It helps you see what’s going on, and there’s no pressure to book anything.
It’s a reflection tool, not a diagnosis. Your answers never leave your browser.
What trauma counselling support can help with
You don’t need a diagnosis, and you don’t have to recount everything to get support. These are the things people bring:
Memories, images or feelings that arrive uninvited, as though it’s happening now rather than then.
Always on guard, easily startled, scanning for danger, unable to fully relax even when safe.
The day’s guard dropping at night, so what you keep at bay returns while you sleep.
Feeling flat, far away or cut off from people and from yourself — the mind’s way of coping.
Steering around reminders — places, people, conversations — with life narrowing to stay away from them.
Blaming yourself, “why me”, or a short fuse that doesn’t feel like you — all common after trauma.
How it works
A couple of minutes, no sign-up, nothing saved. A gentle first step — you share only what you choose to.
Pick a time from the live calendar and get the video-call invite straight away. Video, voice or chat — your choice.
45 minutes with the same counsellor every time. Nothing is forced; you set the pace, and you leave with support, not a sales pitch.
Confidential means confidential
Price isn’t what stops most people booking. It’s the worry that someone will find out. So, plainly:
- Nothing goes to your parents, school, college or employer. No report, no summary, not even confirmation that you turned up.
- A first name is enough to book. You don’t owe us your full name, and you don’t have to explain yourself in advance.
- The self-checks store nothing. Your answers sit in your browser and vanish when you close the tab.
- Sessions are online. No waiting room, nobody to bump into.
Who you’ll be talking to
Sachin Bajaj has an M.Sc in Clinical Psychology from Gurugram University and a PGDGC from Jamia Millia Islamia, and has worked with more than 500 students and families across India. You get the same counsellor every session — no app shuffling you between strangers who each need the story from the top.
What this is, and what it isn’t
It’s counselling support, not treatment: confidential conversations about what you’re carrying and what might help. We don’t diagnose conditions and we don’t prescribe medication, and this isn’t an emergency service. If what you describe needs a psychiatrist, your counsellor will tell you so in the first session and help you find one. You won’t be sold a package instead.
What a session costs
₹499 for 45 minutes, and your first one is ₹249 with the code FIRST50. Private counselling in India usually runs ₹1,500 to ₹3,000 a session. You’re not signing up for a course of treatment — you’re booking one conversation, and you can stop after it.

Pick a slot from the live calendar and the video-call invite arrives straight away. Video, voice or chat, whichever suits you.
Frequently asked questions
Can counselling help with trauma and PTSD?
Yes, and support helps many people a great deal. It’s worth being clear, though: PTSD has specialist, evidence-based treatments — trauma-focused CBT and EMDR — and more severe or complex trauma is best worked with by a trauma specialist, sometimes alongside a psychiatrist. We offer compassionate, non-diagnostic support, and where specialist care is the right step, we’ll say so and help you find it.
Do I have to describe what happened?
No. You never have to recount the trauma in detail to be supported, and certainly not before you’re ready — pushing into it too fast can do harm. You set the pace entirely; a great deal of useful work happens without reliving the event.
Is the self-check a diagnosis?
No. It’s a brief reflection tool, not a diagnosis of PTSD, and your answers aren’t stored. Only a qualified professional can diagnose; if what you describe needs specialist trauma care, your counsellor will tell you and help you find it.
Will anyone find out?
No. Nothing is shared with your parents, school, college or employer — no report, no summary, not even confirmation that you attended. A first name is enough to book.
What if I’m in crisis?
Counselling isn’t a crisis service. If you’re in immediate distress or unsafe, call Tele-MANAS on 14416 now — free, confidential and available 24×7.
