Not sure it’s worth a session? Start here.
Take a free, private self-check first — two minutes, no sign-up, nothing saved. It helps you see what’s going on, and there’s no pressure to book anything.
It’s a reflection tool, not a diagnosis. Your answers never leave your browser.
What counselling for social anxiety can help with
You don’t need a diagnosis to reach out. These are the forms social anxiety most often takes:
A constant sense of being watched and found wanting, long after the moment has passed.
Dread of presentations, meetings, class, phone calls — anywhere attention might land on you.
Blushing, shaking, a trembling voice or going blank — and the fear that everyone noticed.
Picking over every conversation for what you “got wrong”, sometimes for days.
Turning down invitations, staying quiet, or steering around people — and a life that keeps narrowing.
Holding back in class or at work, so your ability never quite shows — and the frustration of that.
How it works
The GAD-7 is a short, well-known anxiety scale. Two minutes, no sign-up, nothing saved — it helps you see how heavy things have got.
Pick a time from the live calendar and get the video-call invite straight away. Video, voice or chat — your choice.
45 minutes with the same counsellor every time. You leave with practical, step-by-step ways forward, not a sales pitch.
Confidential means confidential
Price isn’t what stops most people booking. It’s the worry that someone will find out. So, plainly:
- Nothing goes to your parents, school, college or employer. No report, no summary, not even confirmation that you turned up.
- A first name is enough to book. You don’t owe us your full name, and you don’t have to explain yourself in advance.
- The self-checks store nothing. Your answers sit in your browser and vanish when you close the tab.
- Sessions are online. No waiting room, nobody to bump into.
Who you’ll be talking to
Sachin Bajaj has an M.Sc in Clinical Psychology from Gurugram University and a PGDGC from Jamia Millia Islamia, and has worked with more than 500 students and families across India. You get the same counsellor every session — no app shuffling you between strangers who each need the story from the top.
What this is, and what it isn’t
It’s counselling support, not treatment: confidential conversations about what you’re carrying and what might help. We don’t diagnose conditions and we don’t prescribe medication, and this isn’t an emergency service. If what you describe needs a psychiatrist, your counsellor will tell you so in the first session and help you find one. You won’t be sold a package instead.
What a session costs
₹499 for 45 minutes, and your first one is ₹249 with the code FIRST50. Private counselling in India usually runs ₹1,500 to ₹3,000 a session. You’re not signing up for a course of treatment — you’re booking one conversation, and you can stop after it.

Frequently asked questions
Is social anxiety just shyness?
No. Shyness is a trait; social anxiety is a persistent fear of judgement strong enough to make you avoid things you actually want to do, and to cost you at work, in study and in relationships. That difference — the avoidance and the toll — is exactly what support helps with.
Can counselling help if I’m anxious about the session itself?
Yes, and it’s very common — the fact that it’s online, from your own space, with the option of voice or chat rather than video, takes a lot of that pressure off. Feeling nervous about reaching out is part of what you’re reaching out about, and that’s understood from the first minute.
Is the anxiety check a diagnosis?
No. The GAD-7 is a brief reflection scale, not a diagnosis, and your answers aren’t stored. Only a qualified professional can diagnose a social anxiety disorder; your counsellor will say so if that’s the direction.
Will anyone find out?
No. Nothing is shared with your parents, school, college or employer — no report, no summary, not even confirmation that you attended. A first name is enough to book.
How much does it cost?
A session is ₹499 for 45 minutes, and your first is ₹249 with the code FIRST50. No packages — you book one conversation at a time.
