Not sure it’s worth a session? Start here.
Take a free, private self-check first — two minutes, no sign-up, nothing saved. It helps you see what’s going on, and there’s no pressure to book anything.
It’s a reflection tool, not a diagnosis. Your answers never leave your browser.
What counselling for stress & burnout can help with
You don’t need to be at breaking point to book. These are the things people bring when stress has stopped easing on its own:
Running on empty, waking already tired, weekends that no longer recharge you.
The Sunday-evening sinking feeling, going numb or cynical about work, pulling back from people.
Too much on, too little control, never switching off, always reachable — and no idea where to start cutting.
Saying yes when you mean no, guilt about resting, work bleeding into every evening.
Disturbed sleep, headaches, getting ill often, irritability, trouble concentrating.
A sense that nothing you do counts any more, dropping confidence, more mistakes — effort that stopped feeling worth it.
How it works
A quick, private read on how much the load is costing you. A couple of minutes, no sign-up, nothing saved.
Pick a time from the live calendar and get the video-call invite straight away. Video, voice or chat — your choice.
45 minutes with the same counsellor every time. You leave with practical ways to rebalance the load, not a sales pitch.
Confidential means confidential
Price isn’t what stops most people booking. It’s the worry that someone will find out. So, plainly:
- Nothing goes to your parents, school, college or employer. No report, no summary, not even confirmation that you turned up.
- A first name is enough to book. You don’t owe us your full name, and you don’t have to explain yourself in advance.
- The self-checks store nothing. Your answers sit in your browser and vanish when you close the tab.
- Sessions are online. No waiting room, nobody to bump into.
Who you’ll be talking to
Sachin Bajaj has an M.Sc in Clinical Psychology from Gurugram University and a PGDGC from Jamia Millia Islamia, and has worked with more than 500 students and families across India. You get the same counsellor every session — no app shuffling you between strangers who each need the story from the top.
What this is, and what it isn’t
It’s counselling support, not treatment: confidential conversations about what you’re carrying and what might help. We don’t diagnose conditions and we don’t prescribe medication, and this isn’t an emergency service. If what you describe needs a psychiatrist, your counsellor will tell you so in the first session and help you find one. You won’t be sold a package instead.
What a session costs
₹499 for 45 minutes, and your first one is ₹249 with the code FIRST50. Private counselling in India usually runs ₹1,500 to ₹3,000 a session. You’re not signing up for a course of treatment — you’re booking one conversation, and you can stop after it.

Frequently asked questions
Can counselling actually help with burnout?
Yes. A counsellor can help you see the pattern clearly, separate what you can control from what you can’t, build boundaries that hold, reconnect with what matters, and think through bigger decisions about work or study — all without the pressure deepening while you do it.
Is the burnout check a diagnosis?
No. It’s a brief reflection tool that gives you a quick read on how heavy the load has become. It isn’t a diagnosis — burnout isn’t a formal medical diagnosis on its own — and your answers aren’t stored or sent anywhere.
Isn’t burnout just a sign I can’t handle pressure?
No — burnout most often hits committed, capable people precisely because they take on load and keep going. It’s a response to prolonged overload, not a measure of weakness, and it responds well to the right support.
Will my employer or anyone else find out?
No. Nothing is shared with your employer, parents, school or college — no report, no summary, not even confirmation that you attended. A first name is enough to book.
How much does it cost?
A session is ₹499 for 45 minutes, and your first is ₹249 with the code FIRST50. No packages — you book one conversation at a time.
