A mind that won’t switch off, racing thoughts, a body that stays braced even when nothing’s wrong.
Things going flat, mornings getting harder, withdrawing from people without quite deciding to.
Exhaustion sleep doesn’t fix, dread about the week ahead, effort that stopped feeling like it counts.
Expectations you can’t meet, a breakup you can’t talk about at home, loneliness in a crowd.
Blanking despite preparing, panic after results, feeling stuck or behind everyone else.
No tidy label, no crisis — just a sense that things aren’t right. That’s a perfectly good reason to talk.
What the pressure looks like here
Bhiwani has a reputation to carry. It’s the town that sent boxers to the Olympics, and the akhara-and-training culture runs deep — young athletes putting years into a shot at national selection, a government sports quota, or a place in the forces. That’s an enormous amount staked on a body and a few results, usually with no plan B and no safety net if an injury or a missed selection ends it.
Alongside the sport is the other Bhiwani — a coaching and government-exam town, where SSC, defence recruitment and teaching exams pull in years of preparation, and a sarkari naukri is treated as the one outcome that counts.
It’s also a conservative, close-knit place where toughness is the expected answer to everything. Young people are trained to push through pain and not complain, which is useful in a ring and much less useful when the thing that’s hurting is on the inside — and so it gets carried silently, because saying it out loud feels like weakness.
How it works
Two minutes, no sign-up, nothing saved. It helps you see what’s going on and whether a session is worth it.
Pick a time from the live calendar and get the video-call invite straight away. Video, voice or chat — your choice.
45 minutes with the same counsellor every time. You leave with one or two concrete things to try, not a sales pitch.
What’s already available in Bhiwani, and what’s missing
Bhiwani has a civil hospital and private clinics, and for a psychiatric assessment or anything severe the public medical colleges in the region — PGIMS at Rohtak is the nearest major one — are the right places to go.
What’s almost impossible to find locally is an unhurried, private conversation for someone who isn’t ill but is struggling — the athlete whose selection didn’t come, the aspirant on another attempt, the young person who’s stopped enjoying anything and can’t say why. In a town this size, being seen walking into a clinic is itself a barrier.
Sessions here run online, nothing reaches your family, your coach or anyone else, and the first is ₹249.
Confidential means confidential
- Nothing goes to your parents, school, college or employer. No report, no summary, not even confirmation that you turned up.
- A first name is enough to book. You don’t owe us your full name, and you don’t have to explain yourself in advance.
- The self-checks store nothing. Your answers sit in your browser and vanish when you close the tab.
- Sessions are online. No waiting room, nobody to bump into.
Who you’ll be talking to
Sachin Bajaj has an M.Sc in Clinical Psychology from Gurugram University and a PGDGC from Jamia Millia Islamia, and has worked with more than 500 students and families across India. You get the same counsellor every session — no app shuffling you between strangers who each need the story from the top.
What this is, and what it isn’t
It’s counselling support, not treatment: confidential conversations about what you’re carrying and what might help. We don’t diagnose conditions and we don’t prescribe medication, and this isn’t an emergency service. If what you describe needs a psychiatrist, your counsellor will tell you so in the first session and help you find one. You won’t be sold a package instead.
What a session costs in Bhiwani

Frequently asked questions
Will my coach, academy or family find out?
No. Sessions are online, there’s no clinic to be seen walking into, and nothing is reported to a coach, an academy or your family. You can book using a first name only.
My selection didn’t come and I don’t know who I am without it. Is that worth a session?
Yes — it’s exactly the kind of thing worth talking about. When an identity is built around a single goal, losing it is a real loss, and working through it with someone outside the sport is genuinely useful, not a sign of weakness.
I’ve been told my whole life to just be tough. How is talking different?
Toughness gets you through a lot, and it’s worth something. It just doesn’t work on everything — some things get heavier the longer you carry them alone. A session isn’t the opposite of being tough; it’s dealing with the part that pushing through doesn’t reach.
Is the session in Hindi, and what does it cost?
Hindi or English, whichever you think in — for most people here that’s Hindi. A first session is ₹249 with code FIRST50, and sessions after are ₹499 for 45 minutes, well below typical private rates of ₹1,500 to ₹3,000.
Is this therapy, or counselling?
It’s confidential, non-diagnostic counselling support — structured conversations about what you’re carrying and what would help. We don’t diagnose or prescribe. If what you describe needs a psychiatrist, your counsellor will say so and help you find one.
How much does a session cost?
A session is ₹499 for 45 minutes, and your first is ₹249 with the code FIRST50. No packages — you book one conversation at a time.
