A mind that won’t switch off, racing thoughts, a body that stays braced even when nothing’s wrong.
Things going flat, mornings getting harder, withdrawing from people without quite deciding to.
Exhaustion sleep doesn’t fix, dread about the week ahead, effort that stopped feeling like it counts.
Expectations you can’t meet, a breakup you can’t talk about at home, loneliness in a crowd.
Blanking despite preparing, panic after results, feeling stuck or behind everyone else.
No tidy label, no crisis — just a sense that things aren’t right. That’s a perfectly good reason to talk.
What the pressure looks like here
Panipat runs on the handloom and home-furnishings trade, and a lot of life here is organised around the family business. That shapes the pressure in a specific way: for many young people the expected path is to step into the shop, the unit or the export order book, and wanting something else can feel less like a career choice and more like letting the family down.
It’s a close-knit, reputation-conscious place, strung along the highway between Delhi and the north. In a town where everyone knows whose son or daughter you are, the fear that a private struggle will become public talk keeps people quiet long past the point where talking would have helped.
And underneath the business story is the ordinary one — teenagers through the board-exam and competitive-exam funnel, and parents working long hours in the trade who can see something is wrong with their child but can’t tell what’s normal and what isn’t.
How it works
Two minutes, no sign-up, nothing saved. It helps you see what’s going on and whether a session is worth it.
Pick a time from the live calendar and get the video-call invite straight away. Video, voice or chat — your choice.
45 minutes with the same counsellor every time. You leave with one or two concrete things to try, not a sales pitch.
What’s already available in Panipat, and what’s missing
Panipat has a civil hospital and private clinics, and for a psychiatric assessment or anything severe the public medical colleges in the region — PGIMS at Rohtak, or the hospitals in Delhi an hour up the highway — are the right places.
What’s harder to find locally is an unhurried, genuinely private conversation when you aren’t ill, in a town small enough that walking into a clinic is itself a risk to privacy. Private therapy also runs ₹1,500 to ₹3,000 a session, which for a student means involving a parent, which for many means not going.
Sessions here run online, nothing reaches your family or the neighbourhood, and the first is ₹249.
Confidential means confidential
- Nothing goes to your parents, school, college or employer. No report, no summary, not even confirmation that you turned up.
- A first name is enough to book. You don’t owe us your full name, and you don’t have to explain yourself in advance.
- The self-checks store nothing. Your answers sit in your browser and vanish when you close the tab.
- Sessions are online. No waiting room, nobody to bump into.
Who you’ll be talking to
Sachin Bajaj has an M.Sc in Clinical Psychology from Gurugram University and a PGDGC from Jamia Millia Islamia, and has worked with more than 500 students and families across India. You get the same counsellor every session — no app shuffling you between strangers who each need the story from the top.
What this is, and what it isn’t
It’s counselling support, not treatment: confidential conversations about what you’re carrying and what might help. We don’t diagnose conditions and we don’t prescribe medication, and this isn’t an emergency service. If what you describe needs a psychiatrist, your counsellor will tell you so in the first session and help you find one. You won’t be sold a package instead.
What a session costs in Panipat

Frequently asked questions
Will anyone in Panipat find out I booked a session?
No. Sessions are online, there’s no clinic to be seen walking into, and nothing is reported to your family, your school or anyone else. You can book using a first name only. In a town this size that privacy is usually the whole point.
I’m expected to join the family business but want something else. Can I talk about that?
Yes, and it’s one of the most common things young people bring here. It usually helps to work out what you actually want, separately from how to have the conversation at home — those are two different problems, and a session is a good place to untangle them.
Is this available in Hindi?
Yes — Hindi or English, whichever you think in. For most people in Panipat the difficult parts are easier to reach in Hindi.
I’m a parent worried about my teenager. Where do I start?
A parent session is a reasonable first step and doesn’t require your child to agree to anything. It’s often more useful than pushing a reluctant teenager into a room. Our guide for parents covers the signs worth taking seriously.
Is this therapy, or counselling?
It’s confidential, non-diagnostic counselling support — structured conversations about what you’re carrying and what would help. We don’t diagnose or prescribe. If what you describe needs a psychiatrist, your counsellor will say so and help you find one.
How much does a session cost?
A session is ₹499 for 45 minutes, and your first is ₹249 with the code FIRST50. No packages — you book one conversation at a time.
