Not sure it’s worth a session? Start here.
Take a free, private self-check first — two minutes, no sign-up, nothing saved. It helps you see what’s going on, and there’s no pressure to book anything.
It’s a reflection tool, not a diagnosis. Your answers never leave your browser.
What counselling for sleep problems can help with
You don’t need a diagnosis to reach out. These are the things people bring when sleep has become a struggle:
Lying awake as the day replays and tomorrow’s worries arrive right on cue, just as you need to switch off.
Falling asleep fine, then waking in the small hours and being unable to drop off again.
Anxiety about whether you’ll sleep that builds through the evening — and makes sleep even less likely.
Exhaustion, low mood, irritability and foggy focus that follow a run of bad nights.
Scrolling in bed, clock-watching, napping, caffeine — the coping that quietly keeps insomnia going.
Stress wrecks sleep, and poor sleep worsens stress — a loop worth breaking from both ends.
How it works
A couple of minutes, no sign-up, nothing saved. It helps you see what’s going on and whether a session would help.
Pick a time from the live calendar and get the video-call invite straight away. Video, voice or chat — your choice.
45 minutes with the same counsellor every time. You leave with practical ways to rebuild your sleep, not a sales pitch.
Confidential means confidential
Price isn’t what stops most people booking. It’s the worry that someone will find out. So, plainly:
- Nothing goes to your parents, school, college or employer. No report, no summary, not even confirmation that you turned up.
- A first name is enough to book. You don’t owe us your full name, and you don’t have to explain yourself in advance.
- The self-checks store nothing. Your answers sit in your browser and vanish when you close the tab.
- Sessions are online. No waiting room, nobody to bump into.
Who you’ll be talking to
Sachin Bajaj has an M.Sc in Clinical Psychology from Gurugram University and a PGDGC from Jamia Millia Islamia, and has worked with more than 500 students and families across India. You get the same counsellor every session — no app shuffling you between strangers who each need the story from the top.
What this is, and what it isn’t
It’s counselling support, not treatment: confidential conversations about what you’re carrying and what might help. We don’t diagnose conditions and we don’t prescribe medication, and this isn’t an emergency service. If what you describe needs a psychiatrist, your counsellor will tell you so in the first session and help you find one. You won’t be sold a package instead.
What a session costs
₹499 for 45 minutes, and your first one is ₹249 with the code FIRST50. Private counselling in India usually runs ₹1,500 to ₹3,000 a session. You’re not signing up for a course of treatment — you’re booking one conversation, and you can stop after it.

Frequently asked questions
Can counselling really help me sleep?
Yes — for most people, persistent insomnia is kept going by the anxiety and habits that build around sleep, and those are very workable. The best-evidenced approach, CBT for insomnia (CBT-I), targets exactly that, and counselling support can help you put its principles into practice.
Should I just take sleeping pills?
Sleep medication can have a short-term place, but it’s a doctor’s decision and it doesn’t address what keeps insomnia going. For long-term change, working on the worry and habits around sleep tends to help more and lasts. If there may be an underlying medical cause, it’s worth getting that checked too.
Is the self-check a diagnosis?
No. It’s a brief reflection tool, not a diagnosis, and your answers aren’t stored. Persistent sleep problems can have medical causes, so if that looks likely, your counsellor will suggest getting it assessed.
Will anyone find out?
No. Nothing is shared with your parents, school, college or employer — no report, no summary, not even confirmation that you attended. A first name is enough to book.
How much does it cost?
A session is ₹499 for 45 minutes, and your first is ₹249 with the code FIRST50. No packages — you book one conversation at a time.
